Dragon Slayer Distillery on tour – places you can find our gin in 2023

In 2023, we’re taking Dragon Slayer Distillery on the road, as we want people across the region to learn about County Durham’s folklore, and of course, have a sip of our one-of-a-kind gin and become part of our legendary guild.

We have plenty of events in the pipeline, but here are a few you can pencil in if you’d like to sample our heroic gin (and maybe have a taste of managing director, Yasmine’s famous gin cake!).

Darlington Food and Drink Festival

April 29 – May 2

Join us in the historic market town of Darlington for its annual Food and Drink festival; it’s located just 4 miles away from where our delicious gin is made.

The event will see a variety of stalls ranging from street food to sweet treats, to live music and food demonstrations – it won’t be one to miss.

Once you’ve sampled all the delicious cuisine on offer, remember to keep your eyes peeled for our black and blue logo, we’ll have you covered for a refreshing glass of G&T.

We’re super excited to showcase our gin to Darlington Town!

Mainsgill Farm Shop Tasting Session

May 20

Since our previous gin tasting session was so warmly received by Mailgill’s shoppers, we’ve decided to host another!

So, if you’re looking for a wholesome day out, head to Mainsgill’s shop and tearoom to sample their meats, veggies and perhaps try on their offering of stylish countrywear.

Make a day of it and join us as we showcase both our Sir John Conyers Gin and our Sir John Lambton gins paired with our go-to tonics in the idyllic setting of the Yorkshire countryside.

Yorkshire Dales Food and Drink Festival

July 21 – July 23

Don’t forget to get your tickets to this year’s Yorkshire Dales Food and Drink festival, especially since we’re going to be there, so you’re covered when it comes to a refreshing alcoholic beverage… (wink wink).

You can expect celebrity chefs, live music and an array of delicious food and drink.

Camping is available, so if you’re looking for a mouth-watering nightcap, we’ve got you covered.

Stay tuned for a list of more events the Dragon Slayer team will be attending this year.

Dragon Slayer Distillery branches out into vodka

Our family-run distillery has launched Silver Knight, a new brand of vodka, bringing three flavours to the market: Original, Citrus, and Berry.
