7 valentines cocktail recipes for the loves of your life! ♥️
Ah, Valentine’s Day. A day to celebrate love and friendship. A big, big favourite of mine! Personally, my husband and I have always missed Valentine’s Day due to work, so for 7 years now we have had Valentine’s day either a day or a week later. But every year we make sure to add some sparkle (or fizz should we say) to our date night ✨. Instead of going out we each take a turn to create a special night for the other. And every year without fail my husband has created a new and most delicious Valentines Cocktail!
We’ve had a look back at all these yummy cocktails and we’ve re-made them with our stunning spirits and would you believe… they taste even better! SO we thought we’d share the love with you all! 🍸
Cupids Cosmopolitan Cocktail
Our first Valentines together, my husband created this beautiful cosmo! Clearly winning the key to my heart ♥️. A Cosmo is my personal favourite drink and my go to cocktail order. This version uses our Silver Knight Citrus Vodka, incredibly smooth and perfect for such a delicate yet boozy drink. This smooth zesty vodka really enhances this cocktail and makes the perfect combination with the cranberry Juice.
- 35ml Sliver Knight Citrus Vodka
- 35ml Triple Sec
- 210ml Cranberry Juice
- A squeeze of Lemon Juice
Add to a cocktail shaker with ice, shake and then strain into a cocktail glass. Add a twist of orange to garnish, simply delicious.
Lovers Strawberry Martini
This elegant cocktail definitely impressed me on our second Valentines day. My husband added Lillet Rouge to this martini and it gives the cocktail a lovely dark red colour and adds a beautiful berry flavour in addition to our award-winning Strawberry & Mint Gin 🍓. Served with mint leaves adds a delicate freshness.
- 65ml Sir John Lambton Strawberry & Mint Gin
- 15ml Lillet Rouge
- 1 Egg White
- 35ml Lime Juice
Add to a shaker with ice, shake and then strain into a cocktail glass. Add mint leaves to garnish.
Seductive Blood Orange Gin Soda
This beautiful Valentines cocktail is super refreshing and pairs really well with our London Dry Gin, as the botanicals in this gin include Orange Peel 🍊 and Rosemary 🌿. To add a little extra to our Valentines date night, my husband added a sugar rim to this valentines cocktail.
- 35ml Sir John Conyers London Dry Gin
- A squeeze of Orange Juice
- 200ml FeverTree Italian Blood Orange Soda
- Sugar
Add sugar to a plate. Rim a cocktail glass with an orange and swirl the glass in the sugar to create a sugar rim. Add all the ingredients to the cocktail glass with lots of ice. Garnish with a slice of orange and a sprig of Rosemary.

A Brooding Bramble
One of my husbands favourite Cocktail is a Bramble, so he had to through this epic cocktail in the mix. Traditionally made with gin, he used our Berry Vodka as it has an array of delicious berries in it 🍓. The prominent flavour in our Berry Vodka is Raspberries which pairs perfectly with Brambles! This makes for a very sophisticated Valentines Cocktail, perfect for your Valentines date night.
- 50ml Berry Vodka
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
- 10ml Crème De Mure
I like to muddle some blackberries into a tumbler prior to adding ice. This creates a fresher taste and add to the flavour (but that’s up to you). Add ice to a tumbler and the ingredients listed above. Give the glass a stir and garnish with blackberries and some mint.
Sensual Grapefruit Spritz
This Valentines cocktail is absolutely stunning, and it’s made using one our award winning gins; our Rhubarb Gin. Also, who doesn’t love a champagne cocktail!?🥂 Our Rhubarb Gin is a very delicate one, paired with rose petals and basil. It works so well with cocktail, the hints of rose, rhubarb and grapefruit meld and complement each other beautifully.
- 35ml Sigurd Rhubarb Gin
- 100ml Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- 100ml Prosecco or Champagne
Add ice to a large cocktail glass and add the rest of the ingredients. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and basil leaves.
Sexy Champagne 75
A very fancy cocktail indeed! This Valentines day my husband and I were celebrating our newest gin – our London Dry Aged Gin! A twist on the classic French 75 from the 20th century, my husband used our London Dry Aged Gin instead and it’s a total game changer! Champagne, lemon juice paired with our stunning aged gin is bubbly, bright and super refreshing.
- 50ml London Dry Aged Gin
- Squeeze of Lemon Juice
- 120ml Champagne
Add ice, gin and lemon juice to a shaker, shake and strain into a champagne flute and top with Champagne. Garnish with a lemon peel twist 🍋.
Passionfruit Martini
A past favourite of mine that I had long forgotten about is the Passionfruit Martini. A perfect cocktail for Valentines day. My husband reminded me of this delicious cocktail for last year’s Valentine’s Day. Made with our super smooth Sliver Knight Original Vodka, this valentines cocktail really does make the most fabulous valentines cocktail!
- 40ml Sliver Knight Original Vodka
- 20ml Passionfruit Liqueur
- 50ml Passionfruit purée
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Add half a passionfruit to garnish.
