The Gin Fizz Cocktail is simple yet delicious and super refreshing! Here at Dragon Slayer we have come up with 5 Gin Fizz Cocktails to enhance the already delightful cocktail.

The Classic Gin Fizz

First things first let’s start with the basic, The Classic Gin Fizz. It’s super simple and easy to make. We make this classic cocktail with our Signature London Dry Gin.

Add ingredients to a shaker with ice (except the soda), shake and strain into a tumbler. Top with soda water and garnish with a lemon twist.

Elderflower Gin Fizz

This Gin Fizz cocktail is one our most refreshing yet! We this paired this cocktail with our Rhubarb Gin, which contains elderflower as a botanical. This gin has a subtle Rhubarb flavour made with real Rhubarb and accompanied with rose petals. Delight on a spring sunny afternoon in the garden, with this light and refreshing gin fizz cocktail.

Add all ingredients (except the wine) to a shaker with ice, shake and strain into a cocktail glass.

Strawberry & Lime Gin Fizz

One of my favourite gin fizz cocktails to make on a sunny afternoon. This delightful refreshing recipe is perfect for an Easter Sunday Feast. Made with our Strawberry & Mint gin 🍓 which tastes like a beautiful English garden makes this gin fizz cocktail super light and dangerously moreish!

Add all ingredients to a large gin glass with ice. Give it a stir and garnish with strawberries and lime wedges.

French Gin Fizz

A twist on the Classic French 75, this gin fizz cocktail is sure to turn heads at any dinner party. Super easy to make and super refreshing to taste! Using our signature London Dry gin, our gin really enhances this gin fizz cocktail with its beautiful citrusy notes.

Add gin and lemon juice to a shake with ice. Shake and strain into a champagne flute, top with champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.

Bramble Gin Fizz

This gin fizz is a refreshing twist on the classic Bramble cocktail. By adding sparkling wine it creates a longer more refreshing drink. It’s super simple to make and garnished well with mint and blackberries can look very impressive to any dinner guests you may have. We used our Rhubarb gin with its subtle notes of rhubarb and rose petals it lends itself to being the perfect cocktail spirit.

Add all ingredients (except the sparking wine) to a shaker with ice, shake and strain into a large cocktail glass. Top with sparkling wine, and garnish with mint leaves and blackberries.

Zesty Gin Fizz

Finally for all you citrus fans, this is truly a delicate zesty gin fizz cocktail and probably my favourite of all. Using our signature London Dry gin with its lovely citrus notes of orange blossom and lemon peel. This is truly a delight for your taste buds and one you can keep on sipping all night long.

Shake all the ingredients (except the champagne) over ice in a shake and strain into a champagne flute. Garnish with a mint leaf.

We hope you get a chance to try one our Gin Fizz Cocktails this spring time 🌸, as these delightful cocktails go very well on a sunny afternoon accompanied with friends and family!
