Dragon Slayer Distillery complies with all UK laws and regulations. All parcels shipped from Dragon Slayer Distillery are quality checked for damages prior to shipment. Every bottle shipped is packaged in a specially designed cardboard box providing protection against damages.
If you have received a damaged or incorrect parcel please follow the instructions below:
In the event of receiving a damaged product, you can refuse signing for it. If you open the parcel and then find that the product is damaged you must provide photo evidence. This evidence must be provided within 21 days of receiving the goods. After this period, the product will be ineligible for a refund. Please contact and send your photo evidence to – firstname.lastname@example.org – our Customer Service Team will assist in either issuing a full refund or sending out a replacement product.
You have up to 30 days from the dispatch of your goods to return an incorrect product back to Dragon Slayer Distillery. You can do this by contacting – email@example.com – for a returns form. Fill in this form and send your incorrect product back to Dragon Slayer Distillery along with your returns from.
To be eligible for a full refund, a replacement product or the correct product as described in the original order you must comply with the following:
Do not remove any seals on the bottles.
Complete the returns form.
Re-pack all incorrect goods in the original packaging.
You will also be responsible for postage/shipping costs.
